Center To Self Reliance is a place where you can learn to take responsibility for yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. We offer courses to help you learn how to improve your relationships with others and with yourself. These courses provide a set of life skills which will give you the tools to reframe your life into the positive and joyful experience it was meant to be.

In addition to these courses, we also offer a line of amazing Chinese herbal food products to help you build the physical strength and vitality which is so crucial to emotional and spiritual healing and advancement. All of this works together to help you build Health, Wealth and Happiness!

HEALTH
It is very difficult to live a full life without good health. As the saying goes if you don't have your health, you have nothing, so why not begin with that basic requirement to having a fulfilling life. Taking good care of your body is a basic pre-requisite to having the means to achieve your dreams and live your purpose.

WEALTH
Many have mixed beliefs about money and prosperity. These beliefs are often at the root of blocks to living an abundant life. Truly living in abundance will provide you the ability to create prosperity for yourself and your family's financial needs and bring abundance into every area of your life.

HAPPINESS
We have so much to balance in a world that has many demands on our time.  Being balanced in all aspects of our "self" will lead us to the health, wealth and happiness that we all deserve. OUR STAFF

About Willo Uhl, Owner
Will Uhl has been an educator most of her life. She taught elementary school for 15 years in Ohio and New Hampshire. In 1996 she moved to Florida from New Hampshire. For most of her life, Willo's primary interests have been in regard to physical health. Her parents were obese and and suffered with grave health issues as a result of this. In addition to that Willo had the unique experience of growing up in a funeral home where she saw many people who had died due to diseases caused by the poor food choices they had made in their life.

Willo's quest for health was satisfied when she found Sunrider International in 1987. She started very slowly using these Chinese herbal foods. By 1993 she attended her first Sunrider convention and made an intention to work with Sunrider as her full time business by the beginning of the new year. One year and eight months from that time she became a group director in Sunrider. Then unexpectedly she found it necessary to close the door on her New Hampshire business as she was called to move to Florida to care for her ill mother for the next four years.

 

Shortly after her mother passed, Willo found Global Relationship Centers and began taking some of the courses to improve her personal and professional growth. In April 2001 she began to learn about the courses that Global Relationship Center offered. The Understanding Yourself and Others course was the first course that she took. Willo found this course to be a very powerful personal growth course, unlike any other personal growth work she had done. She was profoundly changed by what she learned and experienced in this course. Willo felt that this was the course that everyone should have, especially those who wanted to have their own business.

Soon after, Willo took the other courses, enrolled in the instructor candidate program for the purpose of being able to help people who were in business with her. When she was partially through her training the former owner of the Global Center in Fort Myers decided to close the Center and move on to other things. Willo, who felt that it was very important to keep this work available to the people in Southwest Florida, did not want to see the Center close so she purchased it in June of 2003 and has been offering these amazing courses ever since.

 

Willo continues to bring both Sunrider products and the Global Relationship Courses to the community of Fort Myers and feels that taking care of all aspects of yourself, your body, mind and soul is critical to reaching your full potential. She has learned that often times people would improve to a certain level in their physical health, but if they hadn't resolved some of their emotional issues, they could only progress so far. Likewise, as she did the Global training, she saw some people who had learned to understand their emotional barriers but they could not seem to get a handle on their physical well being. She clearly saw a correlation and a connection between mental, spiritual and physical health.

The Center to Self Reliance was born out Willo's intention to help people learn how to integrate and optimize every area of their life. It is a place to learn how to bring health, wealth and happiness to their life, where body, mind and soul converge. It is a place of learning, love and community where the people of Southwest Florida can find real tools, techniques and products to build the life of their dreams.
