Dear
Friends,
March 1st was our one year anniversary at our
new location! As we begin our second year here, we
look forward to bringing in more new classes and
events and expanding our offerings so that even more
people can experience what we do at the Center To
Self Reliance!
Recently, Sparkle offered
the "Passion Test."
It was so well received that she is offering the class
two times in April. We are having a viewing of "The
Secret." And our big new weekend event is to have
the "Sensuality Class" this month. We also have a
new art class and Medicine Wheel classes. Our
Understanding Yourself & Others course is
scheduled on the fourth weekend of April. Bruce Price
and Sparkle Simmons will be teaching the class this
month.
In our nutritional classes we have food samples to
increase you awareness of foods that are good to
reduce Candida in your body, foods that help you
acquire healthy slenderness naturally and ways of
incorporating Sunrider foods into your diet.
The areas that our Center have focused on are
physical and emotional. What I've started introducing
are ways to get in touch with your own creativity,
spirituality and healing modalities that bring you to
your inner self and source. Read carefully below about
some of our new offerings.
We are so pleased to be able to continue to
bring you classes and workshops that we hope will
bring more peace, passion and purpose to your life
