SLOW DOWN Lecture & Meditation Series
We're please to feature David Essel, Hay House author, speaker and life/business coach twice a month at the Center for his lectures on Slowing Down for Love and a Guided Meditation. Meditation is a key ingredient to learning the value of slowing down and David's gentle techniques work for seasoned meditators as well as for those who would like to learn how to meditate! Cost of each is $15

Sunrider Basics Class
Three times a month you can come to the Center and experience the basic Sunrider foods, learn about the Philosophy of Regeneration, and see demonstrations of other products and how they work in your body. The classes are at 1-3 PM the second Saturday of the month, at 7 PM on the last Tuesday of the month, and at noon on the last Thursday of the month. Learn what others are experiencing with these foods.

Enrolling Techniques with Elizabeth Vallie
Elizabeth, who believes wholeheartedly that Global work totally transforms lives is offering an enrolling workshop at the Center to share what she has learned, making it interactive and fun. She will also be teaching Redirecting Children's Behavior at the Center. Elizabeth has been enrolling personal friends, family, and business associates in personal growth courses for over 16 years, enrolled 7 RCB classes between 7-20 participants at corporate locations. If you want to learn to enroll for any endeavor, come to this workshop because the techniques are all the same and it will be FUN.

Loving Yourself and Others
Join Instructors Beth Reidler and Larry Eisenfeld for this breakthrough workshop Loving Yourself and Others to free yourself from the negative effects of other people. This course will help you learn what to do so that no one can ever hurt your feelings again (without your consent.) It also allows you to free yourself from the need to pressure the ones you love, resulting in increased energy and peace of mind.
September 7, 8 and 9th

I trust all of you have had a special summer, be it having more time with family, traveling, or just relaxing beside the pool. My summer including traveling to China and Austin, Texas for two incredible conventions which has totally fired my soul to live and express my passions of having good health physically, emotionally and financially at the Center to Self Reliance. I also want to help people discover their passions and be able to clear all blocks that are stopping them and have a way to finance their heart's desire. I would like to speak with everyone personally and find out what your desires are for your life. I'm making appointments to reach out to people who are receiving this letter.

I'd like to take this time to thank Sparkle Simmons for all her help at the center. Sparkle will be teaching Understanding Yourself and Others, living in Fort Myers and doing her personal life coaching but will not be working at the Center. I want to thank Sparkle for inspiring the Global graduates for over two years and supporting me to have the courage to get a physical location for the Center. I wish her well on her new endeavors.

Our web site has been updated with information on our calendar through the end of the year and you can now choose from all kinds of courses and events. All course dates and times for the remainder of 2007 are listed, but check back often as we are always adding new things to help you bring more health, wealth and happiness into your life. Also, GRC (Global Relationship Centers) has a new corporate look, so check out the new website at www.grc333.com which will be released this month. It will contain a directory of all the centers and courses throughout the United States, so it will be easier for you to let your friends and family who live in other parts of the country connect with GRC courses. The training to become an instructor will be taught in the individual centers. We will host a course in December at our Center. If anyone would like to host one of the students or the instructors, please let me know.
